A man was shot to death Friday morning in Austin.
The 25-year-old was inside a car about 8:20 a.m. in the 5400 block of West Washington Boulevard when two people approached him and fired shots, Chicago police said.
He suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his body and took himself to Loretta Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. His name hasn’t been released.
No one is in custody.
