Gujarat: Ward-level BJP leader Dipika Patel dies by suicide

Dipika Patel, a 34-year-old BJP leader, died by suicide at her home in Surat. She had made a distress call to BJP councillor Chirag Solanki before hanging herself. Police have registered a case of accidental death and are awaiting the postmortem report. Her son was present in the house during the incident.
