Transrail Lighting IPO to open on December 19. Check price band, key dates, and other details

Transrail Lighting is launching its IPO on December 19, with a price band of Rs 410-432 per share. The IPO will close on December 23, with the anchor book opening on December 18. The offer includes a fresh equity issue of Rs 400 crore and an OFS of 1.01 crore shares. At the upper price band, the issue size totals Rs 839 crore, valuing the company at approximately Rs 5,800 crore.
