Bharti Airtel, CtrlS, and Holoware have submitted investment proposals under Bihar's new IT Policy 2024. The state has received proposals totalling over Rs 4,000 crore in the last 11 months. Airtel and CtrlS are in advanced stages, while Holoware plans a Rs 300 crore investment in hardware manufacturing. Bihar offers up to Rs 70 crore in incentives for a Rs 100 crore investment.
