Middle East share of India's November oil imports at 9-month high; Russia down

India boosted Middle Eastern oil imports to a nine-month peak in November. Russian oil imports dipped to a three-quarter low. India imported less Russian oil due to refinery maintenance and existing Middle Eastern contracts. OPEC's share of India's oil imports rose to an eight-month high. Russia remained India's top supplier, followed by Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
