Over 5 million travelled in Namo Bharat trains since launch in Oct 2023: NCRTC

Since October 2023, over five million commuters have used the Namo Bharat trains on the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS corridor. With significant travel from Ghaziabad and Meerut South stations, the operational corridor now spans 42 km. Upcoming extensions include connecting Sahibabad to New Ashok Nagar, increasing the corridor length to 55 km.
