Manmohan Singh served two terms as India’s Prime Minister, from 2004 to 2014. He was also India's Finance Minister from 1991 to 1996, spearheading economic reforms. But Singh’s years as Prime Minister were not without challenges, prompting critics to label him a “weak Prime Minister.”
