U.S. stocks indexes are drifting lower on Wall Street on the final day of another record-setting year. The S&P 500 was down less than 0.1% in morning trading Tuesday. The benchmark index is coming off back-to-back declines of more than 1%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 3 points, or less than 0.1%, and the Nasdaq composite was down up 0.3%.
