Well it wasn’t our day last Thursday but if the truth were known, we gave Dun Laoghaire (generally a formidable opposition) a good run for their money. So here’s to the mighty comebacks, the putts that rolled in and the stellar ups and downs of our play in both venues. Thank you all for your enthusiasm, commitment and great team spirit. Special thanks to Hazel for your input in the lead up and steering the home matches today. And to all our supporters and cheerleaders. A great team effort all round. And a big thank you to Deirdre Ahern for her great text messages leading up to and after the match. She has a way with words
