Kings Road in Rotterdam to close on Monday

Schenectady County has announced that Kings Road will be closed from Monday, May 6 to Thursday, October 31.

ROTTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Schenectady County has announced that Kings Road will be closed from Monday, May 6 to Thursday, October 31. The closure will be between Highbridge Road and Peter Road.

This section of the road will be closed for drainage improvements being made by the town. The recommended detour for southbound traffic is to take Highbridge Road West to Peter Road West, then onto Peter Road East to Kings Road. The recommended northbound detour is to take Peter Road West to Highbridge Road East onto Kings Road.
