Media view vs. hibs.net view

I was quite confused by the difference between the above views on yesterday's game. The media (ie John Robertson on Radio Scotland, Sportscene last night, newspaper reports this morning) were all of one mind: Hibs looked good going forward but can't defend. However, on the hibs.net match thread - and other threads since - folk who were there were slaughtering the team, some saying players had given up in the second half.

So which was it? Clearly defensively we were inept as always (another ridiculous two goals given away), but was the rest of the performance bad (a la hibs.net) or decent (a la media)?

These are the days when I miss Johnny Boy's sensible and fair reports.
