Champagne on the Park slated for Thursday

The 26th Champagne on the Park will be held Thursday night from 6 to 9:30 in Washington Park among the city's picturesque tulips ahead of Tulip Fest. The event will posthumously honor former County Legislator Matthew Peter with the John Wagner Award for his work championing Lark Street and the members of its community.

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The 26th Champagne on the Park will be held Thursday night from 6 to 9:30 in Washington Park among the city's picturesque tulips ahead of Tulip Fest. Champagne on the Park will have entrees from El Loco, Fresh N' Pressed, and El Mariachi with live music from Graham Tichy.

Photo ops with Rose and Dale Photo by the Ballonary will be offered and tickets are available online.

The event will posthumously honor former County Legislator Matthew Peter with the John Wagner Award for his work championing Lark Street and the members of its community.

prosperity, and brings together the business and resident community to kick off Albany’s largest
