Transfer portal article good for the women's game

So the link below is an article from Awful Announcing (yes that's the name of a sports media website). Probably because I'm against the transfer portal and all the kaos it has created I do not agree with the premise of this article that it's good for the women's game. Frankly, most transactions haven't made much of a dent in mainstream media - case in point it should've been a HUGE deal that Beers from Oregon St. transferred to Oklahoma - didn't see it even listed on the ESPN website when it happened.
