Saskatchewan grants helmet exemption for Sikh motorcyclists headed to Nagar Kirtan parades
Sikhs travelling to the Nagar Kirtan parades in Regina and Saskatoon will be exempt from following helmet laws so they can represent their religious identity by wearing a turban.
