Tenn. company fined $650,000 for hiring children to clean plants

WASHINGTON, D.C.: After a federal investigation found it illegally hired children to clean dangerous meat processing facilities in Iowa and Virginia, Tennessee-based Fayette Janitorial Service LLC has been fined more than half a million dollars.
