City Councilmember Caban on NYPD's controversial social media posts

NEW YORK (PIX11) – The NYPD is under fire for controversial social media posts by the department's top brass.

Those posts are now under investigation by the city's Department of Investigation. One of the posts was aimed at City Councilmember Tiffany Caban.
