Dunkin Employee Calls Out Customers for Horrible Drive-Thru Etiquette

TikToker @KeoshaKraze has gone viral for her lacerating assessment of customers' rudest and most inconsiderate drive-thru behaviors.

An opinionated Dunkin employee has gone viral for castigating drive-thru customers over their rude and inconsiderate behavior.

TikToker Keosha Kraze (@KeoshaKraze) posted her original missive on drive-thru behavior back in February. However, the post proved so popular that she followed it up with two more videos, on April 25 and 27.

In the original post, the Dunkin manager rattled off “just a few things that make my a-- itch about workin’ fast food.”

@KeoshaKraze took aim at those using contactless payment methods. “This make my booty itch real bad. [Customers] get to the window and they just got they phone like this,” she said, holding up her phone with a clueless expression on her face. “Is it Apple Pay? Are you trying to scan your app? Do you want my phone number? What do you want? Can we use our words please?”

Customers who mistakenly order the wrong items, or wish to modify their existing orders, also came under fire. “How y'all gonna get mad at us because you made your own order wrong? I'm not the one who placed the mobile order…The whole drive-thru line is wrapped around the entire city and you get to the window and you ask, ‘Can I add something?’”

In her second video, @KeoshaKraze vilified customers who are too busy, or lazy, to verbally identify what they want, instead pointing vaguely at the menu. “Please, use your eyes to read so you can use your mouth to speak,” she begged viewers.

Of equal annoyance are the customers who expect their mobile order to be ready the moment it's placed. “I know it took you more than a little second to put that in there,” @KeoshaKraze said as she derisively mimicked typing on a keyboard.

@KeoshaKraze’s third (and so far final) video on drive-thru etiquette found her on a similar track, once again railing against mobile orders and the people who place them.

“I'm speaking for every single establishment that got a mobile order,” she began. “When you come through and you say you got a mobile order, put a name on it. What's the name?

She then mimicked a customer approaching her with such an order. “'Oh, I got a mobile order…’ Okay? So does Sharon, Karen, Lauren, Sydney. Who else? What's your name?”

The exhausted creator also asked that customers “be a little less indecisive whenever you're in a busy drive-thru.” She then told a story about an encounter that seemingly occurred earlier that day.

“This lady [asked] 50 million questions about the Munchkins—the sizes, the prices, and everything,” @KeoshaKraze recalled. “And when I tell you, we spit fire and gave everything. Price after tax, what kind, how many, just for her to say, ‘Oh, I think I'll just grab the coffee today.’”

Though some of her complaints might seem to be splitting hairs, @KeoshaKraze was flooded with support from fellow fast food workers. Some patrons were even moved to reconsider their boorish behavior.

“I never say my name after ‘mobile order’ so I could give them time to pull up the orders,” wrote user @harlow. “Now I feel bad.”
