Lidl shoppers bag middle aisle bargain that’s perfect for the hot weather and it’s only a fiver

THE weather is finally heating up and that can only mean one thing – it’s time to bask in the sunshine.

But if you have little ones you want to keep cool outside, don’t worry – Lidl shoppers have found the perfect bargain to last all summer long.

The middle aisle bargain was shared on Facebook recently and people can’t get over quite how cheap it is.

“Great if you’re on a budget! Middle of Lidl strikes again with the kids pool at £5 and the pop up beach tent at £15,” one money-saving fan wrote, alongside a snap of her tot enjoying the pool.

The Play Tive Infant Paddling Pool is suitable for kids one and a half years and up.

The pool even has a fun design of seahorses and other sea creatures on the bottom any tot would love.

Not only that, but the Rocktrail Pop-up Kids Beach Shelter is great for in the garden or on the beach.

The tent is designed to look like a shark, with the opening being the shark’s mouth with teeth.

Unsurprisingly, other parents were impressed with the products and the low prices.

They took to the comments to rave about them, and one said: “The pop up tent would be great in the garden.”

“Love it for the sunny weather,” a second chimed in.

“All the other ones I’ve seen are £60, love this,” another pointed out.

But those aren’t the only mega bargains Lidl shoppers have been rushing to get their hands on recently.

Though the supermarket might not be the obvious destination for gardening essentials, that has changed in recent years.

In fact, the German supermarket just held its ‘Massive Garden Event’ with planters for just £1.99 in the middle aisle.

From glow-in-the-dark pebbles to plant feed, there were endless gardening goodies to help get ready for the warmer weather this summer.

Though the event was launched on April 25, Lidl shoppers are still finding great gardening buys – including Marguerite Daisies for under a tenner.

These super hardy plants love the milder temperatures that we get in the UK and produce pretty blooms in shades of white and pink.

Flowering once a year through from Spring to Autumn, they also produce a dark foliage that works brilliantly in borders and flower beds.

Alternatively, you can plant them in large containers for a pop of colour in small outdoor spaces, such as patios and balconies.
