Ant McPartlin’s ex Lisa Armstrong puts five-bed mansion she shared with star up for sale with cut price of £4m
STRICTLY Come Dancing’s Lisa Armstrong has put the home she shared with Ant McPartlin up for sale for a cut price £4 million.
The BBC show’s make-up and hair expert, 47, lived in the five-bed West London mansion with ex-husband Britain’s Got Talent co-host Ant, 48, before they split in 2018.

It also has three bathrooms and two cloakrooms, and she has reportedly been renting it out.
Declan Donnelly also previously lived on the same street with wife Ali Astall and their children.
Devastating fire
It comes after the lavish home was gripped by an inferno in September last year, costing £1 million worth of damage.
A source told The Sun: “There are obviously lots of memories attached to the house.
“Lisa has long since moved on but this is essentially the last connection she has from her marriage to Ant.
“She bought a new home nearby after they divorced and added a pool and a gym.
“She rented the former marital home out, but after last year’s fire gutted a back bedroom she doesn’t want the hassle anymore.”
It was listed on Rightmove on Saturday, which describes it as “a substantial double-fronted family home” and located on “a sought-after residential road”.
The property includes an 80ft south facing rear garden – with a “self-contained garden studio” – as well as a gym room and “games/cinema room/bar area”, according to the listing.
The 27 photos attached show off the spacious pad and garden, which is adorned with trees and decking, with some bedrooms appearing to have had the floors ripped out.
‘Happy place’
Months earlier Lisa had described the abode as her “happy place” as she shared snaps of several rooms which she had designed to her taste.
Neutral colours dominated, with the floorboards a deep mahogany brown and the kitchen area dominated by a large marble island overhung by a silver chandelier.
The Sun exclusively revealed in 2022 how the star’s application for a swimming pool and gym was approved by her local council despite furious complaints from neighbours.
According to the council planning officer’s report, they received four responses from neighbours with various complaints.
During the Covid lockdown she shared a string of selfies from inside the pad.
In April 2020, Lisa posted a picture of her at the house glammed up before an online quiz night, writing: “All dressed up and nowhere to go!!!” adding: “#Thursdayisthenewsaturday.”
Celebrity properties on the market
Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams – the Made in Chelsea star and his Irish model and TV presenter wife put their London property up on the market for a staggering £5.25million last month.
They are planning to say goodbye to the city for a new life in Dublin.
Claire Sweeney – the Brookside legend is selling her stunning £2.3million London mansion for double the sum she paid for it.
She picked up her plush pad in the capital for £1.15m in 2006.
Katie Price – It was revealed in April the glamour model is planning to sell her “Mucky Mansion” and buy her “dream home” in Yorkshire to be closer to best pal Kerry Katona.
The 45-year-old star is set to move 230 miles north after being declared bankrupt for a second time, and most recently an eviction notice was reportedly pinned to the fence outside her home.
Molly Mae Hague – the Love Island star recently revealed she was moving house after spending thousands renovating her £3.5m Cheshire mansion.
The 24-year-old shared on Instagram that it’s “on the cards” to move.
Other pictures showed her standing in what appeared to be a lavish panelled dressing area with rows of neat cupboards and drawers.
Another shot saw her posing next to some wooden shutters in one of the bathrooms and, later, sitting outside with beloved chocolate Labrador Hurley.
One other picture posted by the star showed her in the garden on some brown wicker furniture with the dog, who was sniffing around a pair of jazzy socks she was wearing bearing Piers Morgan‘s face.
She joked: “Even Hurls is thinking this is a fashion Faux par!!!”
Before they split, Ant posted a picture of him and Lisa celebrating in their kitchen together after another successful awards show – him with a burger in a styrofoam box and her with a bottle of bubbles.
The pair, who were both pop stars in the mid-90s, had been married for 12 years.
As well as the house, Lisa also agreed a multi-million pound settlement after filing for divorce on the grounds of Ant’s adultery.
Ant has since married their former personal assistant Anne-Marie Corbett, 46, who is expecting their first child together.
She is due to give birth in the next few weeks.
The marital home is one of the last remaining links between the pair.
They also share custody of their beloved chocolate brown Labrador, Hurley.
