So many WNBA bettors are putting money on Caitlin Clark to win MVP

At DraftKings Sportsbook, Clark (12-1 odds) has the most bets and most total dollars wagered in the 2024 WNBA MVP market, garnering a ridiculous 70 percent of bets and 70 percent of the handle. Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson (+120) is the overwhelming favorite to win the award, and only had 18 percent of the bets at DraftKings.
The splits were similar at BetMGM, with Clark (10-1) generating 68 percent of bets and 78 percent of the handle to win MVP. Clark is also the overwhelming odds-on favorite (-800) to win Rookie of the Year.
