First 9 and Dine of the year

Last Friday we had over 50 members and guests participate in our first 9 and Dine of the year. On a beautifully sunny evening we were served up a feast of golf and food.

Enjoyment was the winner on the day, but for those interested in the result of the scramble (with two to count on each hole) we had:

• first out was Conor Fleetwood’s team (comprised of Conor, Susan Fleetwood, Denise Toolan and Brendan Toolan). They shot an excellent 49 points and were in first position for the entire eventing until,
• last out was Michael Earls and his team (comprised of Michael and two guests). They shot an incredible 54 points to snatch victory.
