Unhinged attacker lunges at NYC actor just for looking at him — less than a mile from assault on Steve Buscemi
The 25-year-old victim, from Queens, was walking on Seventh Avenue near West 25th Street in Chelsea around 10:50 a.m. Monday when he locked eyes with an apparent stranger, police said.
