Barge Collision In Texas Causes Oil Spill, Shuts Down Pelican Island Bridge
The incident occurred around 9:50 a.m. Wednesday when a tugboat, maneuvering out of Texas International Terminals, lost control of two barges due to strong currents and high tides.
