The sumptuous property comes mortgage free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered.

As well as the house, the winner will also win £100,000 in cash to help them settle in – and can decide to either live in the house, rent it out for a supplementary income or sell it whenever they wish to become a cash multi-millionaire.

If they decide to rent it out, local estate agents estimate the property could achieve a long-term rental value between £9,000 and £10,000 per month.

The exquisitely renovated property comes with a detached pool house – with 10m x 3.8m heated swimming pool, by Roman Pools – complete with a shower, gym, sauna and changing room to offer the winner a spa-like experience. Bi-folding doors lead into the extensive landscaped gardens.

The house itself is approached through solid wood electric gates that open onto a large gravel driveway with double carport.

It has been refurbished to an exceptional standard, incorporating modern architectural design with luxurious styling to provide elegant living spaces ideal for both entertaining guests and relaxing with friends and family.

The winner will be greeted by a large entrance hallway which leads into a drawing room with vaulted ceiling that overlooks the private rear garden – and features a unique Purbeck stone chimney fireplace mirrored externally.

The heart of the home is the kitchen and dining area. With oak flooring throughout, the bespoke kitchen has an island with breakfast bar, Shaker oak eye and base level units that comprise a wide range of fitted Siemens appliances, Liebherr full height induction hob, and a boiling filtered water tap.

The house also offers a spacious living room and a separate study, perfect for if the winner ever wants to work from their new home.

It boasts five bedrooms, including a main suite with bespoke dressing area and en suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and fitted shower.

The property is nestled in a secluded setting, covering 1.4 acres, and has an outdoor kitchen with concrete worktops, built-in cupboards and a gas BBQ – as well as an outdoor open fireplace for the winner to enjoy whilst taking in the beautifully landscaped gardens and grounds, including a large wooded area.

The house is located within walking distance of the attractive rural village of The Sands and the surrounding area is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty.

Guildford and Farnham are both within easy reach, providing excellent and varied shopping, educational and cultural facilities – as well as a good train service that can reach London’s Waterloo station in under an hour.

As well as making its Grand Prize winner a multi-millionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Surrey, will also raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

Prostate Cancer UK is the leading men’s health charity in the UK, striving for a world where no man dies of prostate cancer.

The charity helps save men’s lives by funding ground-breaking research into new tests and treatments, as well as supporting men and their families affected by the disease.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men.

One in eight men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime – and every 45 mins one man dies from the disease.

This partnership with Omaze will help fund TRANSFORM – a major, world leading research programme that will test new ways of diagnosing prostate cancer and lead to the first ever UK wide prostate cancer screening programme for men.

Actor and Prostate Cancer UK ambassador Colin McFarlane – who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in December 2022 said: “As a Black man over 45, I’d always been aware of my increased risk of prostate cancer.

“But when you get that diagnosis and hear the c-word, it’s a shock. Luckily, we caught it early and there’s a low risk of it spreading any further. I’m now being safely monitored and even been told I might never need treatment.

“I know my story could have been very different though. By shouting about it from the rooftops I’m now on a mission to get more men understanding their risk of prostate cancer.

“If you’re over 50, or your dad or brother had it, you’re at even higher risk, and if you’re black like me, check your risk from 45 as the risk doubles to one in four. The more people we tell, the more lives we save.

“It’s not only about awareness though.

“I’m incredibly passionate to support Prostate Cancer UK in raising the necessary funds through partnerships such as this with Omaze.

“12,000 men die of prostate cancer every year in the UK, that’s 12,000 men for whom the disease wasn’t caught early enough. I’m incredibly passionate to be supporting Prostate Cancer UK and Omaze in this campaign, as the funds raised will ultimately save men’s lives.”

Omaze has guaranteed a minimum donation of £1 million from the partnership.

James Oakes, Chief International Officer at Omaze, said: “Everyone at Omaze is thrilled to be partnering with Prostate Cancer UK for our latest house draw.

“By offering this amazing property in Surrey, along with £100,000 in cash, Omaze is giving people the chance to win a life-changing prize that can enable them to live mortgage or rent free, as well as raising money for charities and introducing its charity partners to new audiences that they wouldn’t otherwise reach.

“We’re extremely proud that the Omaze community has already raised over £40 million for good causes across the UK.”
