Engineer Rashid's campaigner Shoukat Pandit detained by J-K police: Mehbooba Mufti

PDP president Mehbooba Mufti accused Kashmir of being "ripped apart" by detaining Engineer Rashid's main campaigner, Shokat Pandit. The police have not commented on the allegations. Engineer Rashid, a former MLA from north Kashmir, is currently in jail on terror funding charges. He is contesting the parliamentary polls from the Baramulla seat.
