He appeared to confirm he wouldn’t be returning to Premier League Darts

Price has struggled for form this season despite his prestigious pedigree in the game.

He sits second bottom of the table on 12 points, only ahead of Peter ‘The Snakebite’ Wright.

Both he and Wright have failed to win a night this season.

And Price was quick to make his frustrations clear when taking to Instagram yesterday.

He wrote: “So happy that’s done and dusted, end of the Premier League for me now.

“Looking forward to putting my full attention to ranked events from now on.

“Would love to say I’ve enjoyed it but I’d be lying.”

Going through to the play offs will be Luke Littler, Luke Humphries, Michael Smith and Michael van Gerwen.

The semi-final will be the best of 19 legs, with the final being best of 21 legs.

Price has always been one to wear his heart on his sleeve and famously wore ear defenders at the World Championships in 2023 to drown out taunts from the crowd.

The arrow-slinger also revealed a new side-hustle, so he does have an outlet to go into should he get sick of darts as a whole.

Price recently opened a fish and chip shop after converting a pharmacy he had purchased in his home town of Markham.
