Now it seems former glamour model Katie is preparing to make the move as a number of her possessions have been listed for sale on social media.

Among them are a crushed velvet circle sofa for £100 and a grey dining room table and chairs at £250.

Mum-of-five Katie is also flogging a console table for £80 and has listed two green chairs for £70.

The circle sofa can be seen next to the fireplace in Katie’s Mucky Mansion which featured on her Channel 4 renovation show.

A close pal told The Sun: “Katie’s been busy selling some of the things she no longer wants.

“She says it’s time for clear out and a fresh start.”

Today we revealed exclusive photos of the outside of Katie’s mansion strewn with piles of rubbish and old furniture.

The property has been a bomb site for years having been burgled, flooded, and fallen prey to an overflowing septic tank.

And a letter, seen by The Sun, was reportedly pinned to a fence outside the property ordering Katie to leave later this month.

It reads: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.

“A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.”

The notice, issued on April 24, says all occupants of the house will be evicted at 10am on May 29 and warns them to leave the property with their belongings before this date.

But despite the legal notices, Katie insists it isn’t happening.

Speaking on the latest episode of her The Katie Price Show podcast, Katie told sister Sophie: “My house isn’t being repossessed, I’m not being evicted and I’m not moving into a caravan, although if I had to live in a caravan, you know what the travellers have, I would love that.

“I’ll also have another announcement to make on the 28th, bring it on sunshine.”
