Jennifer Lopez 'Likes' Instagram Post About Unhealthy Relationships Amid Rumors of Tension With Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez‘s activity on social media has some people wondering if she’s hinting at tensions in her marriage.

On Thursday (May 16), relationship coach Lenna Marsak revealed that the 54-year-old superstar had “liked” a post on her page about problems that will impede a healthy relationship.

The update comes amid rumors that she and Ben Affleck are dealing with some discord in their relationship.

The post notes that someone who “lacks integrity & emotional safety,” “doesn’t respect your time,” “lacks effective communication skills” and “doesn’t know who they are or what they want” cannot be in a “healthy relationship.”

“You can’t build a relationship with someone who is disconnected from themselves,” Lena wrote in the accompanying caption. “We can’t expect someone to see us when we can’t even see themselves. Getting in a relationship is the easy part. Nurturing & fostering it is a different story. After all, love is not a feeling, it’s action ❤️.”

On her Instagram story, she noted that Jennifer had interacted with the post.

“Please be kind to Jennifer Lopez because she’s a human being. I do not know if they’re getting divorce; I hope not,” Lena said in a video shared on her story.

Jennifer‘s “like” comes amid rumors that there is “tension” between her and Ben.

It’s been nearly 50 days since the couple was last spotted together in public. We got photos of them on March 30 holding hands while house hunting in New York City.

Since then Ben has been spotted on the set of his movie The Accountant 2 in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Jennifer has been keeping busy promoting her album, filming and then co-hosting the 2024 Met Gala.

Ben notably did not attend the biggest night in fashion. However, his absence was explained.

Despite the rumors, Jennifer was spotted wearing what appeared to be her wedding band while heading into a dance studio the same day that she “liked” the post.
