Arjun Tendulkar FAKE INJURY? MI Pacer Suspiciously Leaves Ground During IPL 2024 Match vs LSG After Nicholas Pooran Sixes

Mumbai: It was unfortunate to see young Arjun Tendulkar leaving the ground midway through the over on Friday when Mumbai Indians took on Lucknow Super Giants. The incident took place in the 15th over when Arjun seemed to have pulled a strain and after bowling two balls to Nicholas Pooran he left the ground with four balls in the over still left. While some reckon Arjun is faking the injury and did not bowl the remaining four balls as he was not in good rhythm, other reckon the young pacer is not fit enough to play at this level.

Here is how a few fans reacted to Arjun leaving the ground midway through his over:

In the 14 balls Arjun bowled at the Wankhede today, he conceded 22 runs and could not pick up a wicket.

At the time of filing the copy, the Super Giants are 170 for three in 16 overs. KL Rahul and Nicholas Pooran are in the middle.

Earlier, MI captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and opted to bowl first as he believes the Wankhede is a good chasing ground.

“Chasing is better in Wankhede. It comes on nicer in the evening. It’s always about playing for the badge, playing for pride – all those words are important in the group. We know where we stand. But ending the season playing good cricket will always be appreciated. It gives us more freedom maybe to go out there and express ourselves,” Hardik said at the toss.
