Inside Katya Jones’ wild 35th birthday party on London barge with private chef, Strictly co-stars and cocktails
KATYA Jones went all out for her birthday celebrating her big day on a London barge with Strictly co-stars, private chef and cocktails.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, who is now 35, wowed for her surprise birthday bash wearing a neon green mini dress and a diamante captains hat.
In a new Instagram video, Katya captured the wild night from the London Barge to ending up at one of London’s most prestigious hotels.
The Russian dancer shared snaps of the night with her and her closest gal-pals which included Strictly co-stars Nadiya Bychkova and Janette Manrara.
Dragons Den star Sara Davies and sport icons Ebony Rainford-Brent and Aimee Fuller were also in attendance.
Katya looked thrilled when she was surprised on the barge swinging through the lower deck of the boat in excitement as she was greeted by her friends and family.
The party was treated to a sit down meal served by a private chef who pulled out all the stops with oysters, steak and desserts.
She was then sung happy birthday and presented with a delicious birthday biscoff cheesecake.
The night didn’t stop there as the group made their way over to The Ned London a luxury 5 star members club and hotel.
There they danced the night away on the hotel’s rooftop sipping cocktails with Katya teaching her friends the tango.
In a gushing post Katya thanked all who made her night special.
Captioning the video, she wrote: “I am sooo lucky to have these people in my life!
“What an epic epic surprise birthday it was! I don’t share everything about my life. But these ladies deserve the appreciation for organising, putting so much time, effort and LOVE into this day.
Katya continued with a tribute to her parents, she said: “The highlight for me was not just having my parents over to share this moment, but for them to acknowledge how wonderful my girls are.
“Of course mum and dad can’t be here with me to support and help me. So they couldn’t stop telling me how grateful they feel that these women are in my life to be my “chosen family”.
“I am eternally grateful. My heart is full and I am stepping into level 35 knowing that I have the best people around me! I love you all.
