Kramarić fires TSG into Europe

TSG will play on the international stage in the 2024/25 season: Hoffenheim beat FC Bayern Munich 4-2 (1-2) and thus secured a place in European competition. After finishing seventh in the table, TSG are certain of their participation in the Conference League and will be promoted to the Europa League if Bayer 04 Leverkusen win the DFB-Pokal final. Mathys Tel (4) and Alphonso Davies (6) scored two early goals for Bayern in a wild opening phase, but Maximilian Beier (8) struck back quickly. Andrej Kramarić scored three goals in the second half (68, 85, 87) and led TSG back into international competition.

Outlook

The season is over for TSG Hoffenheim and the focus will now be switched to the DFB-Pokal final. Because if Bayer 04 Leverkusen win against 1. FC Kaiserslautern, TSG Hoffenheim will play in the Europa League next season. If Kaiserslautern win, TSG will play in the Conference League.
