Litterers caught on CCTV dumping rubbish in Walsall get hefty fines

Two litterers who were caught on camera dumping takeaway waste and cardboard in Walsall have been fined.

The pair were captured throwing down litter in separate incidents thanks to Walsall Council's CCTV cameras.
