Report: Chiefs WR Rashee Rice participating in OTAs

Kansas City Chiefs second-year wide receiver Rashee Rice, embroiled in legal issues stemming from two separate offseason incidents, will be a participant in all of the team's voluntary offseason activities, ESPN reported Monday.
