Buffalo raid turns up loaded guns, $20K in cash, police say
Buffalo police said they executed a search warrant at an address on the 400 block of Richmond this past Friday.
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A raid on Richmond Avenue resulted in the seizure of more than $20,000 in cash, among other items, according to Buffalo Police.
Police said they executed a search warrant at an address on the 400 block of the street this past Friday.
Along with the cash, police said they also found two loaded handguns, ammunition, a large-capacity ammunition feeding device and approximately 1.5 pounds of marijuana.
As a result, 25-year-old Buffalo resident Brandon Gaines was charged with second and third-degree possession of a weapon.
