Nasdaq closes at new all-time high, Dow Jones drops 197 points

NEW YORK, New York - U.S. stocks had a mixed day on Monday with the Nasdaq Composite closing at a record high, while the Dow Jones, fresh from a conquest of the the 40,000 level, took the day off.
