M&S sales balloon to more than £13bn as food and clothing lines prove a hit with shoppers

Marks & Spencer's s adjusted operating profit grew by 33.8 per cent to £838.6million, after food and clothing sales jumped 13 per cent and 5.3 per cent respectively.
