India actively pursuing customs mutual recognition agreements with nations: CBIC chief

India has signed mutual recognition agreements (MRAs) with seven nations' customs authorities and is negotiating pacts with other countries. The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs and the Federal Customs Service, Russia, signed the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) MRA, providing reciprocal benefits to accredited exporters.
