IMD shares monsoon update, warns of cyclonic circulation over Kerala and Andhra Pradesh
The India Meteorological Department has forecast the southwest monsoon advancement over various regions, including the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Due to cyclonic circulation over Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, IMD has said that it may bring moderate to heavy rains over parts of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & Karaikal, Lakshadweep, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
