The Patrick Mahomes out-of-shape dad bod talk is the dumbest NFL offseason non-story

This is so dumb. And it needs to stop.

The Kansas City Chiefs posted a video of Patrick Mahomes walking into the team’s facilities. He’s wearing a backpack and a tight shirt … and because maybe he has a bit of his stomach protruding, everyone’s suddenly all “OMG HE’S GOT A DAD BOD HE’S OUT OF SHAPE NO MORE SUPER BOWLS FOR YOU SIR!”

Please, and I mean this in the nicest way possible, stop. There are so many reasons why this is dumb. It could be the angle, it could be the shirt, it could be that it’s May and NFL games don’t start until September and Mahomes has been enjoying his offseason after TWO STRAIGHT SUPER BOWLS, so let him be!!!
