‘Please don’t leave’ beg EastEnders fans as hunk drops hint he’s secretly QUIT soap amid ‘clue’ he’s headed for Strictly
EASTENDERS fans fear a favourite could be exiting the Square after a tell-tale ‘sign’ on their social pages.
James Farrar, who plays Zack Hudson on the show, is currently being kept busy on EastEnders after his character is outed for cheating on Whitney Dean with her best mate, Lauren Branning.
As the truth came out on his wedding day in spectacular fashion, Zack is having to fight to win back a heartbroken Whitney as she prepares to leave Walford.
With Shona McGarty, who plays Whitney, confirming she’s leaving the soap, a new Instagram post has sparked fears James may soon be doing the same.
Today, James announced he had signed up to a new talent agency, Architects of Influence, for brand partnerships and events as he expands his wellness brand with his wife, journalist Ali.
Sharing a reel of his work as a model, the site states: “The husband and wife duo have hosted regular wellbeing retreats combining both of their talents; James as a certified Personal Trainer and Ali as a yoga teacher, mindfulness expert and freelance wellness journalist for the national press.”
Responding to the post, James simply wrote, “2024 
”
But the dancing emoji caught fans’ attention, believing that, combined with his new signing, he could be leaving the show and heading to another BBC favourite in Strictly Come Dancing.
Typically, there is always at least one EastEnders cast member on the line-up, with Bobby Brazier, James Bye, Rose Ayling-Ellis and Kellie Bright among those who have hit the dancefloor.
“So so proud but james pls pls tell me you are not leaving eastenders, give me a SIGN, ANYTHING,” wrote one fan.
While another wrote, “strictly? 
”
A third added: “It looks like James leaving EastEnders,” with a fourth noting: “Hard working young man, who deserves this chapter.”
James and the Eastenders team have not confirmed he is leaving the soap, but things are far from easy for his character Zack at the moment.
In wedding scenes that aired on Monday, Zack and Whitney’s foster daughter Britney revealed he had cheated on her with best mate Lauren Branning.
After Whitney flew at Lauren and the wedding turned into a fistfight, Zack was left cowering before returning home to fight for his would-be wife.
“Britney just told me she wants to go back and live with Keeley,” she told him.
“Because she thinks she’s in the way and that we’ll never forgive her for ruining our wedding.
“I think you could be an amazing father but I need to be an even better mother. And if I’ve got any self respect, I’ll put my daughters first.”
“I don’t trust you anymore. What happens if you come home late, I’ll end up going to a really dark place,” she said.
“I’m not doing that to myself, I’m not.”
With his relationship in tatters, will this set the path to Zack leaving the Square for good?
