But she has now been given until June 26 to get out of the country pile.

It is understood her mortgage company has given her the extension.

A source said: “She’s been given a bit more time to get her house in order, that’s all.

“There’s absolutely no way she’s going to be allowed to stay there permanently.”

Glamour model and mum-of-five Katie was served an eviction notice on April 24.

The notice warned all occupants would be booted out at 10am next Wednesday.

It read: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.

“A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.”

Last week, Katie began dumping a load of her belongings in the grounds of the mansion near Horsham, West Sussex.

Among the possessions were a pink balloon dog and an old family portrait of Katie with ex Kieran Hayler and her five kids.

The eviction comes after a woeful year for Katie which has seen her declared bankrupt for a second time.

Katie – once worth £45million – has an unpaid tax bill of more than £750,000.

She owes £142,405 and £196,735 for the tax years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, plus £140,000 in VAT.

The Sun has previously told how Katie plans to move to Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Katie Price's Missing Millions

The glamour star has been kicked out of her “Mucky Mansion” in Horsham, West Sussex after being served an eviction notice.

The cash-strapped mum-of-five was first declared bankrupt in 2019 over unpaid debts of £3.2 million.

She was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.

The demand for payment was made by HMRC last October.

Katie was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court last month but failed to turn up – holidaying in Cyprus with her new man JJ Slater instead.

Mucky Mansion has been a bomb site for years after it was burgled, flooded and swamped by an overflowing septic tank.

Katie paid £1.35 million for the home back in October 2014 when she bought it from Tory peer Francis Maude.

A notice of eviction addressed to Katie, 45, has now reportedly been pinned to a fence outside her 8,000-square-foot, nine-bed pile.

Sources also revealed how she has been renting a £3,750-a-month house close to the Mucky Mansion after being served the eviction notice.

She was also said to have been staying in a caravan at one point.

Speaking about the eviction on her podcast, Katie told her sister Sophie: “My house isn’t being repossessed, I’m not being evicted and I’m not moving into a caravan.

“Although if I had to live in a caravan, you know what the travellers have, I would love that.

“I’ll also have another announcement to make on the 28th, bring it on sunshine.”
