Soul Asylum to perform in Rutland

The Paramount Theatre in Rutland will be hosting a performance by rock band Soul Asylum.

RUTLAND, Vt. (NEWS10) -- The Paramount Theatre in Rutland will be hosting a performance by rock band Soul Asylum. The concert is scheduled for November 1 at 7 p.m.

The Grammy Award-winning group is best known for their songs "Runaway Train," "Somebody to Shove," and "Misery." The concert is a stop on the band's "Slowly But Shirley" tour.

The show will kick off with a performance by the Juliana Hatfield Three. Tickets go on sale to the public on Thursday at 10 a.m.
