Netanyahu engages with Republican leaders to receive congressional address invite

Speaker Johnson, in light of the ICC prosecutor's request for arrest warrants, has urged Senate leader Schumer to invite Netanyahu. If Schumer doesn't co-sign, Johnson indicated he would extend the invitation alone, even if the address is only for the House and not the Senate
