Trial set for pharmacist in 11 Michigan meningitis deaths

HOWELL, Michigan: An executive from a pharmaceutical lab has been ordered to stand charges in the deaths of 11 Michigan residents.

A November 4 court date has been set, as Michigan officials seek to charge executive Glenn Chin of the New England Compounding Center in Framingham, Massachusetts with second-degree murder in the deaths of the Michigan residents.
