Netanyahu to address Congress, House Speaker Mike Johnson says
House Speaker Mike Johnson says that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will address a joint session of Congress. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has previously declined to allow Netanyahu to address the Democratic caucus.
