Sue Radford shares reality of being a mum-of-22 on 12-hour trip as family head on holiday…but they’re NOT hitting Disney

IT’S half term and that means only one thing – the Radfords are off on holiday.

Britain’s Biggest Family may not have not long returned from their holiday to Florida, which was their 18th getaway in the last 20 months for this famous family, but now, they’re off on yet another trip.

Not only did the 22 Kids & Counting stars recently arrive home from their trip to the States, but they also enjoyed a sunny weekend in their family caravan too

This time, as the kids are off school on half term, Sue and Noel are yet again taking their bumper brood away.

Whilst Sue didn’t confirm where exactly the family were heading, or their holiday plans, the mother took to her family Instagram account to document the journey.

Sue, who previously revealed the Primark packing essential that’s a ‘must have’ for holidays, shared the reality of being a mum-of-22 on a 12-hour journey as the family headed for the car ferry.

As she sat in the passenger seat, the family matriarch shook her head, with her hand on her chin, as she shared: “12 hour journey ahead and the kids are already asking are we there yet.”

Moments later, we saw one of Sue’s young girls tucking into a McDonald’s Happy Meal at a service station.

The youngster, who was dressed in a pink tracksuit, enjoyed a cheeseburger and chips, alongside a Fruit Shoot.

Shortly after, the mum-of-22 shared a clip as the family headed for the Eurotunnel, as Sue moaned: “Oh my goodness the tunnel is so busy.”

But not long later, Sue shared a short clip as she beamed: “And we’re boarding”, alongside the Luxembourg flag.

Sue then spotted a huge selection of delicious sweet treats, as she gave her followers a close-up look and said: “Oh my word. Noel, look at that one.”

Once off the ferry, Sue explained: “Just over two hours left.”

Whilst Sue didn’t confirm the family’s holiday destination, she shared: “As you can probably tell we are definitely not heading to Disneyland this time as I think most of you thought this was where we were going.”

After arriving at their destination, this morning, Sue shared a first look at the family’s holiday.

But Sue wasn’t totally impressed with the accomodation’s coffee cups, as she expressed: “Breakfast outside, gotta say these coffee cups aren’t doing it for me, I like a big mug of coffee in the morning.”

Although the bumper brood famously doesn’t rely on benefits to fund their picturesque trips, Sue and Noe recently revealed their jet-setting lifestyle has been criticised by some people online.

The duo, who first fell pregnant when Sue was 13, shared their experience with social media trolling in their page-turner, The Radfords: Making Life Count.

I have the mindset now – particularly since I lost my dad – that if you can afford to go on a holiday, then go

According to the couple – who’ve been married for over three decades – cruel trolls love to joke about the family, saying they ”go to Florida more times than I go to the shops’.”

Talking about the hate the family gets, Sue said: ”I think it just boils down to jealousy.

“I have the mindset now – particularly since I lost my dad – that if you can afford to go on a holiday, then go.

”Life is definitely too short to say, ‘Oh, maybe I should squirrel my money away in the bank’ or whatever.

”Life is too short, so just do it.”
