CINDY Beale is exposed by Elaine Peacock after a George Knight bombshell in EastEnders.
The character – played by Michelle Collins – made a shock return last year, decades after EastEnders fans thought she had been killed off.
Cindy returned to Albert Square with ex-husband Ian Beale – having rekindled their romance – but she got a shock when she discovered her other ex-husband, George Knight had moved to Walford too.
He wasn’t alone either, as he moved into the Vic with their daughters – Anna and Gina – as well as his partner Elaine.
However, after an initial frosty reception, Cindy started to reconnect with her girls and George, much to Elaine’s dismay.
After George learned the truth about his birth parents and heritage, he confided in Cindy rather than Elaine.
During one heart-to-heart, Cindy and George shared a kiss, and a recent episode saw Elaine find out about it.
The Queen Vic landlady was heartbroken and kicked George out, but as yet, has remained quiet when it comes to telling Ian what Cindy has done.
However, that all changes in upcoming EastEnders scenes when Elaine is left furious at the sight of Cindy and George working together behind the bar of the pub.
Elaine had been enjoying an evening out with Anna and Gina, while George was struggling to run the pub on his own.
Having been shunned by her daughters after arriving at Peggy’s for a drink, she went to the Vic instead, and soon offered to help George.
The former couple were soon back in their old Marbella routine, which did not go down well with Elaine when she returned.
In retaliation, Elaine later invites an unsuspecting Ian to the pub and tells him about George and Cindy’s kiss.
Later in the week, George’s son Junior tries to make peace between Cindy and the girls by getting them all to meet him at Peggy’s but Anna and Gina struggle to forgive Cindy for causing chaos between George and Elaine.
Can Cindy convince her family to give her another chance? And what will happen now that Ian knows the truth?
