In one of the latest updates of the exciting journey – which will see Maria give birth to twins – the mum revealed that sometimes people can’t tell she’s carrying babies when stood behind.

In the now-viral video, which has racked up over 2million views in less than a week, the gym babe chuckled, confessing that she uses this as a tactic to keep Romeos away.

When blokes desperately try to chat her up, the blonde stunner would turn around and instantly leave them shocked, revealing humongous bump – which you can’t see when Maria is faced the other way.

”That’s one way to get rid of them,” the fitness lover joked in the caption.

According to Maria, who’s already a mum to an adorable little boy and a girl, the twins are due in just five days and the family couldn’t be more excited for the new members to join them.

Maria, who posts under the username @mashaspeaches, has been keeping active throughout the journey, regularly hitting the gym and lifting weights.

Hitting back at the critics who reckon that women shouldn’t workout when pregnant, Maria explained that it’s the very opposite – and that keeping your body moving is, in fact, ”very beneficial”.

”If you’ve been lifting weights for a year, two years, whatever, you can continue doing so – just adjust the weights a little bit.”

After finding out the couple were pregnant, Maria claimed that she knew it was going to be a set of twins even before the ultrasound.

One of the signs, she revealed in a video, was the ”positive” line turning dark ”very fast” only a few days after she’d missed her period.

The fitness enthusiast, who knew that something felt ”different”, also experienced ”extreme nausea and vomiting” and the bump was already showing at just seven weeks.

Although the mum has been documenting the wonderful journey all along, Marie recently admitted that she ”still couldn’t believe” she was having twins – even at her baby shower.

For the big day, the mum was sporting a gorgeous light green gown with frill detailing around the sleeves whilst posing in front of neutral-coloured balloons.

This, she explained, was because the family didn’t know the gender yet – although some fans speculated it was going to be two little boys.

Exercise in pregnancy

According to the NHS, exercising during pregnancy will make it easier ”for you to adapt to your changing shape and weight gain”.

Keeping active and ensuring you’re moving your body will ”also help you to cope with labour”.

Despite any myths, experts claim that ”exercise is not dangerous for your baby”.

”There is evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labour.”

But whilst some are wondering whether it will be girls, boys – or a combination of the two – many couldn’t get over the huge size of the bump.

One person was totally gobsmacked, writing: ”Nothing on planet earth could have prepared me for that.

”Wow you carry so well, all the best to you and family.”

”Now I would NEEEVER have guessed,” another confessed.

”Holy guacamoly. go girl,” a fan chimed in.

”Best of luck for when it happens,” another social media user wished the family.
