3 pieces egg whites
5 tbsp sugar
100 g desiccated coconut
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
For the cream:
500g mascarpone
360 ml whipped cream
5 tbsp powdered sugar

Aside from that:
Grated coconut for sprinkling
Raffaello balls to decorate
