Then in the caption she explained her reason for sharing the images. She said:

“After a week of posey photo’s, just remember, people on social media take 100’s of photo’s and chose to post their best ones. And, even the best photo’s come with edits.

“Here’s two photo’s from my camera roll. One which I would have deleted and one which will have gone into my favourites album.
So if you’re sat at home comparing yourself to people this bank holiday, please remember:
Skin texture, belly rolls, cellulite, hair, scars, ARE NORMAL.”

After posting a slew of her followers rushed in with their responses.

One said: “ I am so glad you’re doing this for the insecure young girls that social media has created.”

Another said: “Love this this is empowering to women to feel secure in their skin.”

Meanwhile another said: “It is so refreshing to see a beautiful young woman proud to show her body as it really is. You are a fine example to many young women who are so insecure about their bodies.

Hopefully it will encourage and help them to accept the way they are. You are a beautiful young woman and you should be very proud of yourself.”

Adrienna Naylor arrived late in to the MAFS 2023 process but quickly won over audiences with her down to earth humour and endearing relationship with fellow northerner Matt Pilmoor, 29.

But inspite of their sizzling chemistry the pair eventually split, leaving Adrienne to return to the first reunion party by herself.

Then after months of enjoying living the single life, Adrienne’ mental health took a downward turn, opening up about her struggle on social media.

She said: “”I’ve been really struggling recently, to the point I’ve never felt so lost.

“My highs are no longer outweighing my lows and I feel like I’m losing control of how I cope with some internal battles.

“This is not for sympathy, this is raw and real.”

She went on to say: “Social media makes us believe we are not in the right place.

“I’ve finally had to admit I can’t do this alone and need some support.

“Steps in the right direction to getting me back, reaching out, finally opening up with professionals and try to get a routine instead of living in this whirlwind of a life.”

Adrienne finished off her post with the words: “I hope if you’re reading this and struggling, reach out, saying issues out loud instead of keeping them locked in your head is such a powerful thing.”

Meanwhile, Adrienne’s show ex Matt has found love with their co-star Shona Mandy.
